Refund Policy

We feel confident you will be thrilled with your purchase.  However, we understand that sometimes problems can arise.  In the event you receive a defective or damaged item or if the size isn't quite what you expected, please refer to the following instructions.

Returns

We are able to receive returns if your item is received defective or damaged.  You will have 15 days from your date of purchase to reach out to us.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Just send us a note (with pictures if possible) at support@beblessedcreations.com and we will be happy to send instructions to resolve any issue.  It's that simple.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size?  No problem.  Give us a shout and we will be happy to help.  You will receive a store credit for the amount of the item you ordered.  Please note:  We do not include shipping costs in the store credit.  We will send you a postage paid return shipping label to return the incorrect sized item.  The item should be unworn, unwashed and smoke free.  Once the package is received at our location, we will issue your store credit and you can purchase the correct size.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:  Sale or clearance items, personalized items and digital downloads.
